I set new boundaries a week ago.
- Pescatarian – I have been enjoying a pescatarian diet since May of this year, I feel pretty good and do not want to give that up.
- 18:6 fasting – I really enjoy intermittent fasting with a weekly 24 hour fast for spiritual reasons.
- No processed food.
How did I do?
Well, my daughter was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday and was there until Thursday. While it was very easy for me to eat pescatarian, it wasn’t so easy to fast and stay away from processed foods.
I also uttered the words, “I’m not eating bacon.” I never dreamed that would happen :)
I lost 2.7 pounds this week.
Onto Week 2.
